Crispy Air-Fried Chicken Wings

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: hot sauce for tossing

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Arrange the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  4. Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until wings are crispy and golden brown.
  5. If desired, toss wings in hot sauce before serving. Enjoy with your favourite dipping sauce!

Air Fryer Vegetable Medley

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, carrots, broccoli)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss the mixed vegetables with olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the vegetables in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until veggies are tender and slightly crispy.
  5. Serve hot as a side dish or a healthy snack!

Air Fryer Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth. Mix in the vanilla and egg.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the creamed mixture until combined. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 330°F (165°C).
  4. Using a cookie scoop, place cookie dough balls on parchment paper in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
  5. Cook for 8-10 minutes, until edges are golden. Let cool before serving.
